Pick-up location: After passing customs and collecting luggage, please go to the designated location and look for the card with your name on it. Our staff will arrange for you to get on the car ๐ Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) Pick-up location: Arrival level (2nd floor) Gate "3" ๐ Bangkok Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) Pick-up location: Arrival level (1st floor) Gate "5" 3. Waiting time: The driver will wait for free for 2 hours after your flight actually arrives. If the time is exceeded due to force majeure such as flight delays, please send a message or call our customer service staff in time. If the waiting time exceeds 2 hours, you will need to pay 200 per hour Waiting fee in Thai Baht (less than 1 hour will be counted as 1 hour) 4. If the waiting time is exceeded and no passenger calls are received, it will be deemed as giving up the ride, the driver will leave and no refund will be given 5. If you do not see the pick-up sign and staff after arriving at the agreed location, please contact our customer service immediately. If you leave without contacting the customer service, it will be deemed as giving up the ride and no refund will be given 6. If the flight is delayed or cancelled, please notify our customer service in advance. If you do not notify or notify at short notice, you will be responsible for the loss and waiting fee 7. The airport pick-up area does not allow vehicles to park for a long time. The driver needs to park the car in the parking lot. After the pick-up staff meets you, they will notify the driver to drive over. It takes about 15 minutes, please wait patiently — Hotel Pickup Instructions — 1. Please wait for the driver in the hotel lobby on time. The driver will hold a sign (with your English name) in the hotel lobby. The driver will arrange for you to get on the car after checking the information 2. The free waiting time for hotel pick-up is 20 minutes, If the driver does not see you after 20 minutes, he will no longer wait for you and will be deemed to have given up the ride. The driver will leave and no refund will be given. Important Booking Information
After placing an order, please confirm the ride information (get-on/off location, hotel name, number of passengers) with the supplier through the online chat.
Due to force majeure such as weather conditions, traffic jams, holidays, road closures or accidents, the driver's actual arrival time may differ slightly from the booking time. If there is a delay, the customer service will notify you in advance.
The maximum number of people and luggage for each type of vehicle is fixed. Please be sure to fill in the actual number of people and luggage when placing an order. If the actual number of people on site exceeds the maximum number of people and luggage, the driver will refuse to carry you and will not refund you. If you are not sure, please consult the customer service through the merchant chat before placing an order.
Please carefully check whether your personal belongings and valuables are left in the car before getting on and off the car to avoid unnecessary losses.
According to Thai traffic laws, all passengers must wear seat belts. If the police find you not wearing a seat belt, you will be fined 5,000 baht per person (payable by the customer).
Please make a reservation before 20:00 (GMT+7) the day before departure. Once the reservation is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Our customer service hours are 08:00-21:00. If you have any questions, please contact us during this period.
