Waiting time: The driver will wait for free for 2 hours after your flight actually arrives. If the timeout occurs due to force majeure factors such as flight delays, please send a message or call our customer service staff in time. If the waiting time exceeds 2 hours, You need to pay a waiting fee of 200 baht per hour (less than 1 hour will be counted as one hour) 4. If the waiting time exceeds and no active contact call is received from any passenger, the ride will be deemed to have been abandoned and the driver will leave without refund. 5. If you do not see the pick-up sign or staff after arriving at the agreed location, please contact our customer service immediately. If you leave without contacting customer service, you will be deemed to have given up the ride and no refund will be given. 6. If your flight is delayed or canceled, please notify our customer service in advance. If you do not notify us or give us a short notice, you will be responsible for any losses and waiting expenses. 7. Vehicles are not allowed to park for a long time at the pick-up area of the airport. The driver needs to park the car in the parking lot. When the pick-up staff meets you, he will notify the driver to drive over. It will take about 15 minutes. Please wait patiently. —Airport/Hotel Transfer Instructions— 1.Please wait for the driver in the hotel lobby on time. The driver will hold a sign with your English name on it. After verifying the information, the driver will arrange for you to get on the car.
2.The waiting time for hotel pick-up is free for 20 minutes. If the driver does not see you after 20 minutes, the driver will no longer wait and consider it as abandonment of the ride. The driver will leave and no refund will be given. If you cannot board the car within the agreed time, you can notify customer service in advance to let the driver continue to wait, and you need to pay a waiting fee of THB 200 per hour (less than 1 hour is calculated as 1 hour).
3.If you have not seen the driver by the booking time, please contact our customer service immediately. If you leave without contacting customer service, it will be considered as abandonment of the ride and no refund will be given

Important Booking Information
After placing an order, please confirm the ride information (pick-up/drop-off location, hotel name, number of passengers) with the supplier through the online chat.
Due to uncontrollable factors such as weather conditions, traffic jams, holidays, road closures, or accidents, the actual arrival time of the driver may be slightly different from the booked time. If there is a delay, the customer service will notify you in advance.
The maximum number of passengers and luggage for each type of vehicle is fixed. Please fill in the actual number of passengers and luggage when placing an order. If the actual number of passengers and luggage exceeds the maximum capacity, the driver will refuse to take the ride and no refund will be given. If you are unsure, please confirm with the customer service before placing an order.
Please check your personal belongings and valuables carefully before getting on/off the car to avoid unnecessary losses.
According to Thai traffic regulations, all passengers in the vehicle must wear seat belts. If caught by the police without wearing seat belts, a fine of 5,000 THB/person (paid by the customer) will be imposed.
Please book before 8:00 pm (GMT+7) the day before departure. After the booking is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Our customer service working hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. If you have any questions, please contact us during this period.
