Important Booking Information
Due to force majeure such as weather conditions, traffic jams, holidays, road closures or accidents, the driver's actual arrival time may be slightly different from the scheduled time. If there is a delay, the customer service will notify you in advance.
Please arrive at the hotel lobby on time according to the departure time. The driver will wait at most 15 minutes on site. If you fail to take the special car due to personal reasons, no refund will be made and the date cannot be changed. Please be advised
Please carefully check whether your personal belongings and valuables are left in the car before getting on and off each time to avoid unnecessary losses.
According to Thai traffic laws, all passengers in seats must wear seat belts. If the police find that they are not wearing seat belts, they will be fined 5,000 baht/person (payable by the guest)
