Bangkok Airport Transfer Service Hours: 24 Hours Meeting Time: 4 hours before your scheduled flight departure Meeting Location: Your hotel lobby. The driver will be waiting with a sign. *Please provide your pick-up location details in the "Notes" section of your reservation to facilitate arrangements.
— Airport Drop-off Instructions — 1. Please wait for the driver in the hotel lobby on time. The driver will be holding a sign with your English name. The driver will verify your information and arrange for you to board the vehicle. 2. The free waiting time for airport drop-off is 20 minutes. If you are not seen after 20 minutes, the driver will no longer wait for you and will be deemed to have given up the ride. The driver will leave and no refund will be given. If you are unable to meet the driver at the scheduled time, you can notify customer service in advance and have the driver wait for you. A waiting fee of 200 THB per hour will be charged (partial hour will be counted as a full hour). 3. If the driver has not appeared at the scheduled time, Please contact our customer service immediately. If you leave without contacting customer service, it will be considered as giving up the ride and no refund will be given.

Important Booking Information
Due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic jams, holidays, road closures, and accidents, the driver's actual arrival time may differ slightly from the scheduled time. Customer service will notify you in advance of any delays.
Each vehicle type has a fixed passenger and luggage capacity limit. Please ensure you specify the number of passengers and luggage when placing your order. If the number of passengers exceeds the maximum number of passengers and luggage, the driver will refuse to board and no refund will be given. If you are unsure, please contact customer service through the online chat before placing your order.
Please carefully check your personal belongings and valuables before boarding or exiting the vehicle to avoid unnecessary damage.
According to Thai traffic regulations, all passengers must wear seatbelts. If caught by police not wearing a seatbelt, a fine of 5,000 THB per person will be imposed (at the customer's expense).
