Ayutthaya Zoo Giraffe Photo Shooting Time Limit (Updated on February 15, 2024): 3-person group / 5 minutes (up to 20-30 image files) 5-person group / 10 minutes (up to 30-50 image files) 10-person group 20 minutes (up to 60-100 Image files) Individual and group photos are acceptable as long as they are within the specified time.
If your group is less than 5 people, the zoo may combine your group with other groups, but the number of people per jeep will not exceed 10. The photos will be taken individually (per group) on the roof of the jeep. While waiting for your photo, you can also sit in the back of the truck to feed the giraffes and take photos with your phone.
Due to force majeure such as weather conditions, traffic jams, holidays, road closures or accidents, the driver's actual arrival time may be slightly different from the scheduled time. If there is a delay, the customer service will notify you in advance.
Please arrive at the hotel lobby on time according to the departure time. The driver will wait at the scene for no more than 15 minutes. If you fail to take the special car due to personal reasons, no refund will be made and the date cannot be changed. Please be advised

According to Thai traffic laws, all passengers in seats must wear seat belts. If the police find that they are not wearing seat belts, they will be fined 5,000 baht/person (payable by the guest)
