The Experience
－ Airport Pickup Information－ Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) / Don Mueang Airport (DMK) → Bangkok City Transfers Service Hours: 24 Hours Meeting Time: Within 120 minutes of your flight's arrival time Meeting Location: Suvarnabhumi Airport Arrivals Gate 3 / Don Mueang Airport Arrivals Gate 5. Airport staff will be waiting at the designated location with a sign. Drop-off Meeting Time: Within 30 minutes of the designated time. Meet-up Location: Your hotel lobby or the designated pickup location in the city. Please provide your drop-off location details in the "Notes" section of your reservation for easy arrangement.
－ Charter Car Information－ ． Departure Time: To be determined by the customer ． Departure Location: Bangkok, Pattaya, Hua Hin City ． Ending Location: Bangkok, Pattaya, Hua Hin City (same city as departure point) ・Duration: 10 hours ． The tour does not include a tour guide. Drivers speak basic English or Thai. ． Overtime will incur a THB 600/hour overtime surcharge, payable directly to the driver on the day of your trip. *Please contact customer service to provide your itinerary before purchasing to avoid additional charges due to overtime.
— Airport Pickup Instructions —
- To ensure accurate and timely pick-up and drop-off, please be sure to complete your information, including your flight number, arrival airport, and time.
- Pick-up Location: After clearing customs and claiming your baggage, please proceed to the designated location. Look for the sign with your name on it and our staff will arrange for you to board your vehicle.
- Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) Pick-up Location: Arrivals Level (2nd Floor), Gate 3
- Bangkok Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) Pick-up Location: Arrivals Level (1st Floor), Gate 5
- Waiting Time: The driver will wait for two hours after your flight's arrival, free of charge. If the wait time exceeds the designated time due to unforeseen circumstances such as flight delays, please contact our customer service team by message or phone. Waiting time exceeding two hours will be charged THB 200 per hour. Waiting fee in Thai Baht (less than one hour will be counted as one hour).
- If the waiting time expires and no passenger calls are received, the driver will be deemed to have forfeited the ride and will leave without a refund.
- If you do not see the pick-up sign or staff upon arrival at the designated location, please contact our customer service immediately. If you leave without contacting customer service, it will be deemed a no-show and no refund will be given.
- If your flight is delayed or canceled, please notify our customer service in advance. Failure to notify us or providing unsolicited notification will result in any losses and waiting fees incurred.
- Long-term parking is not permitted at the airport pickup area. The driver must park in the parking lot. Once the pickup staff meets you, they will notify you to arrive. This will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Please be patient.
— Airport Drop-off Instructions— 1. Please meet the driver in the hotel lobby on time. The driver will hold a sign with your English name in the lobby and will check your information before arranging your ride. 2. The free airport drop-off waiting time is 20 minutes. If the driver does not see you after 20 minutes, the ride will be deemed abandoned and the driver will leave without a refund. If you are unable to board the vehicle at the scheduled time, you can notify customer service in advance and have the driver wait. A waiting fee of 200 baht per hour will be charged (a full hour will be counted as a full hour). 3. If you do not see the driver at the scheduled time, please contact customer service immediately. If you leave without contacting customer service, the ride will be deemed abandoned and no refund will be given.

- We do not offer multiple drop-off locations during the ride; only single drop-off locations are available.
- Please confirm your drop-off location before ordering and provide the "Drop-off Location" and "Hotel Name" in the "Special Requests" field when placing your order to facilitate arrangements.
- Some hotels and attractions are located in remote areas and may incur a surcharge. Please contact our customer service in advance to confirm.
- The above prices are not valid during Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, and Songkran. The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. If you wish to book during these periods, please contact us directly through the online chat.
- Please provide a Thai mobile phone number (if available) when placing your order. Please also provide your Line/WhatsApp/WeChat ID for easy communication.
Important Booking Information
Due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic jams, holidays, road closures, and accidents, the driver's actual arrival time may differ slightly from the scheduled time. Customer service will notify you in advance of any delays.
Please arrive at the hotel lobby on time for departure. The driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you are unable to board the private car due to personal reasons, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. Please note.
Please carefully check your personal belongings and valuables before boarding or alighting to avoid unnecessary damage.
According to Thai traffic regulations, all passengers must wear seatbelts. Passengers caught not wearing seatbelts by police will be fined 5,000 THB per person (at the customer's expense).
Please make reservations by 6:00 PM (GMT+7) the day before departure. Once confirmed, reservations cannot be changed or cancelled. Our customer service hours are 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please contact us with any questions during this period.
