The Experience

- Please meet the driver in the hotel lobby on time. The driver will hold a sign with your English name. The driver will verify your information and arrange for you to board the vehicle.
- If you do not see the driver at the scheduled time, please contact customer service immediately. If you leave without contacting customer service, it will be deemed as a missed ride and no refund will be given.

Important Booking Information
Due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic jams, holidays, road closures, and accidents, the driver's actual arrival time may differ slightly from the scheduled time. Customer service will notify you in advance of any delays.
Please carefully check your belongings and valuables before boarding or alighting to avoid unnecessary damage.
According to Thai traffic laws, all passengers must wear seatbelts. Passengers caught not wearing seatbelts by police will be fined 5,000 THB per person (at the customer's expense).
Please make reservations by 6:00 PM (GMT+7) the day before departure. Once confirmed, reservations cannot be changed or cancelled. Our customer service hours are 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please contact us during this time if you have any questions.
