If the waiting time expires and no passenger calls, the driver will be deemed to have abandoned the ride and will leave without a refund. 5. If you leave without contacting our customer service team, the driver will be deemed to have abandoned the ride and will not be refunded. 6. In the event of flight delays or cancellations, please notify our customer service team in advance. Failure to notify our customer service team or making unscheduled notifications will result in any losses and waiting fees incurred. 7. Long-term parking is not permitted at the airport pickup area. The driver must park in the parking lot. Once the airport pickup team meets you, they will notify the driver to drive over. The pickup time will take approximately 15 minutes. Please be patient.
— Hotel Pickup Instructions — 1. Please wait for the driver in the hotel lobby on time. The driver will hold a sign with your English name in the lobby and will arrange for you to board the car after verifying your information. 2. The free waiting time for hotel pickup is 20 minutes. If you are not seen after 20 minutes, the driver will no longer wait for you and will be deemed to have abandoned the ride. The driver will leave and no refund will be given. If you are unable to board the car within the agreed time, you can notify customer service in advance and ask the driver to wait further. A waiting fee of 200 THB per hour will be charged (partial hour will be counted as a full hour). 3. If you have not seen the driver by the scheduled time, please contact our customer service immediately. If you leave without contacting customer service, it will be deemed as a no-show and no refund will be given.

Due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic jams, holidays, road closures, and accidents, the driver's actual arrival time may differ slightly from your scheduled time. Customer service will notify you in advance of any delays.
Each vehicle type has a fixed passenger and luggage capacity. Please be sure to specify the actual number of passengers and luggage when placing your order. If the number of passengers exceeds the maximum number of passengers and luggage, the driver will refuse to board and no refund will be given. If you are unsure, please confirm with customer service via chat before placing your order.

According to Thai traffic regulations, all passengers must wear seatbelts. If caught by police not wearing a seatbelt, a fine of 5,000 THB per person will be imposed (payable by the guest).
