Important Booking Information
- Due to force majeure factors such as weather conditions, traffic jams, holidays, road closures or accidents, the driver's actual arrival time may differ slightly from the scheduled time. If there is a delay, customer service will notify you in advance.
- Please arrive at the hotel lobby on time according to the departure time. The driver will wait at most 30 minutes on site. If you are unable to take the special car due to personal reasons, no refund will be given and the date cannot be rescheduled. Please be advised
- Please check carefully whether your personal belongings and valuables are left on the bus before getting on or off the bus to avoid unnecessary losses. According to Thai traffic laws, all passengers must wear seat belts. If the police find you not wearing a seat belt, you will be fined 5,000 baht per person (payable by the customer)
