Important Booking Information
Possible Delays Due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, festivals, road closures, or accidents), the driver’s arrival time may vary slightly. Customers will be notified in advance of any significant delays.
Punctuality Policy Please arrive at the hotel lobby on time. The driver will wait a maximum of 30 minutes. No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for no-shows or late arrivals due to personal reasons.
Personal Belongings Double-check your belongings before exiting the vehicle. The company is not responsible for lost items.
Seatbelt Requirement Thai traffic law mandates seatbelt use for all passengers. Violators may face a 5,000 THB fine per person (payable by the passenger).
